Return Merchandise Policy


If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Awards Plus of Southwest Minnesota, Inc. we will be happy to accept a return. Returned items must be received within 60 days of purchase. Items being returned must be in original condition with tags attached. The original sales receipt must accompany the return. Returned apparel items must show no signs of wear. Products damaged due to misuse cannot be returned.

Items for custom orders returned prior to decoration may incur cancellation fees.  Custom decorated and imprinted merchandise is not returnable unless it is found that there is a manufacturer defect in the product.

Any manufacturing defect will be resolved by the customer in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.

All costs and risks for sending return merchandise to Awards Plus is the responsibility of the customer.
